About Papa Flooring

A Greater Vancouver flooring contractor focused on commercial work: proper preparation, tight schedules and floors that last.

Commercial flooring, done properly

Papa Flooring Ltd installs commercial floors across Greater Vancouver for general contractors, property and facility managers, and business owners. We handle the whole job: site assessment, moisture testing and subfloor preparation, installation, and a clean handover your team can maintain.

Our focus is commercial spaces where downtime costs money: offices, retail stores, clinics and healthcare, warehouses, restaurants, gyms and schools.

What we install

How we work

Prep first. Most flooring failures start underneath: slab moisture, uneven substrates, old adhesive. We test and prepare before anything goes down, so the floor performs the way the manufacturer intended.

Your schedule, not ours. We plan around your operations with after-hours, weekend and phased installs, so tenants keep working, stores keep trading and site schedules keep moving.

Clear paperwork. You get a line-item proposal that shows materials, scope, schedule and phasing. No surprises for facilities or finance.

One point of contact. The same person runs your job from site assessment to final walkthrough, and we close deficiencies quickly.

We stand behind it. Every installation comes with our workmanship guarantee.

Who we work with

We work directly with business owners, and as a flooring subcontractor for general contractors and project managers on tenant improvements, renovations and new builds. If you're a GC putting a project out to tender, send us the drawings and finish schedule and we'll price it to spec.

Where we work

We serve Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Langley, New Westminster, Delta, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, West Vancouver, Maple Ridge up the Sea-to-Sky to Squamish, and across Vancouver Island in Victoria, Langford, Nanaimo, the Comox Valley and Duncan. Request a consultation to book a site assessment.
