Condos and stratas
Many Vancouver-area stratas have rules about flooring: approved acoustic underlay, working hours, elevator bookings and protection of common areas. Tell us your strata's requirements and we'll plan the job to meet them. Concrete slabs in condos are also tested for moisture before we install, the same way we do on commercial vinyl projects.

Site visit. We measure, check the subfloor and talk through products that suit your home, pets and budget.
Clear proposal. You get a written, line-item proposal covering materials, prep, removal of old flooring and the schedule.
Clean install. We protect your home, keep the work area tidy and walk you through care instructions when we're done.
